With 5+ years of experience, I've had the chance to dig deep into technologies such as C#, JavaScript, Node.js, and ASP.NET Core. At Parts Town, I helped streamline customer support by building a custom Contact Control Panel (CCP) that centralized agent workflows and reduced response time. I also engineered an intelligent chatbot integrated with AWS Lambda and AWS Lex V2 that handles frequent queries and reduces agent workload. Additionally, my work at Fix.com and Tutor on Time involved upgrading internal systems and leveraging NodeJS microservices to handle back-end functionalities and data processing.
